Kibbled soya is made from heat treated full-fat soya beans. It can be used as a nut-free nut substitute either as a topping or to add texture and protein to speciality breads and baked goods. It has a crunchy texture, nutty taste and golden colour. The heat treatment process removes the ‘beany’ flavour that is often associated with soya products.
