Cereglaze is a ready to use, clean label glazing agent produced via a unique process from maize starch. It is egg and milk free and used for glazing fermented goods, pies and hot cross buns. It is taste and flavour free and provides a beautiful gloss that is non-sticky to handle directly after application.

No matter whether your process requires pre- or post bake application, Cereglaze is perfect for both. You can also use it pre-bake for seed and flake adhesion. It reduces the waste and makes a visually better product – with the seeds on the bread, not in the packaging.
