Aqua 4+ is the new water based multipurpose dough conditioner designed for use in craft and medium size bakeries. Aqua 4+ is available in 2 x 5 Kg jerry can packs and comes with its own dosing pump.
Aqua 4+ can be used to produce a wide range of high quality White, Brown and Wholemeal breads.
